濱城傳統素肉骨茶醬:採用當歸、黨參、川芎、甘草、玉竹等成份,素食,無人造色素、香精或化學防腐劑。帶有馬拉傳統風味,方便易用,可搭配油絛、炸豆乾、冬菇、蘑菇、金針菇、素魚丸、素羊肉等,加入麵條、米粉、麵線等,煮出地道肉骨茶麵。

烹調法(供3人):

可配搭:油條,炸豆干,冬菇,蘑菇,金針菇,素魚丸,素羊肉等 。


將3碗清水(+/-850ml)倒入鍋內,加入三湯匙半素肉骨茶醬和少許曬油拌勻添入適量醬油調味。慢火煮約三十分鐘至素肉骨茶湯香味溢出。(醬枓的使用份量可隨個人口味增加或減少)
隨後加人備料,煮約十分鐘直至備料熟透.即可食用。


其他用途:素肉骨茶湯加上備料後,可加入麵,米粉或麵線,即可享用。
