石斛
本品長於滋養 胃陰, 生津 止渴, 兼 能清胃熱。 主治熱病 傷津, 煩渴、 舌乾苔黑之證, 常與天花粉、 鮮生地、麥冬等品同用, 如《 時病 論》清熱保津法。 治胃熱陰虛之胃脘疼痛、牙齦腫痛、口舌生瘡可與生地、 麥冬、 黃芩等品同用。腎陰虛證。本品又能滋腎陰, 兼能降虛火, 適用於 腎陰虧虛之目暗不明、 筋骨痿軟及陰虛火旺, 骨蒸勞熱等 證。 腎陰虧虛, 目 暗 不明 者, 常與枸杞子、熟地黃、菟絲子等品同用, 腎陰 虧虛, 筋骨痿軟 者, 常與 熟地、山茱萸、杜仲、牛膝等補肝腎、強筋骨之品 同用。 神虛火旺, 骨蒸 勞熱者, 宜與生地黃、枸杞子、黃柏、胡黃連等滋腎陰、退虛熱之品同用。
石斛是一味常用中葯，能滋養胃陰，生津止渴，也能清胃熱，石斛和麥冬搭配，養陰清熱的效果非常好，適宜於改善陰虛火旺導致失眠多夢等症。
