逢週二傍晚:下午5時截單

逢週三/四:飛機到達>處理訂單>週四開始發貨 (週四至週五兩天11:00am-4:30pm取)*

 *訂貨後請務必前來領取,週五4:30前不取貨恕不退款  (週末休息)

  • 我們日本的採購員會跟據當天海膽品質挑選水產品牌及海膽品種, 並於日本當地實物拍攝

Monday or Tuesday: Update prices and launch

Tuesday Evening: Order cut-off at 5pm

Wednesday/Thursday: Plane Arrival > Order Processing > Pickup available on Thursday ~ Friday (11AM - 4:30PM) 

*No refunds will be given if the order is not picked up on or before Friday of the week after placing the order. (Closed on Weekends)

  • Our Japanese buyers will select the brand according to the quality of the Uni on that day, and take the photos of the actual sample while in Japan.

馬糞海膽 對 紫海膽:

馬糞海膽本身屬於赤海膽一種,而紫海膽 (Murasaki) 即是白海膽 (紫殼白肉)。馬糞海膽顏色偏橘橙色,紫海膽偏淺黃色。由於顏色也取決於海膽品種,切勿只以顏色定義優劣,新鮮度與味道才是最重要,808SUPER提供的海膽保證新鮮!

Bafun VS Murasaki

Bafun falls under the Aka Uni umbrella (Red Uni) and Murasaki a.k.a Shiro Uni (White Uni) has purple shell with so called "white flesh" (greyish light yellow). The Bafun would look more enticing than the Murasaki in terms of color since it is bright orange. Since color depends on the sea urchin species, color should not be used to define good or bad, freshness and taste are what you should focus on. Absolutely, the freshness of our Uni are guaranteed!

  • 時令季節當造期:晚春至夏末
  • 顏色:淡黃中帶紫或灰色
  • 特色:個體大,肉較大塊,味道清雅,甘甜中帶香醇,口感實在
  • 最佳配搭:無鹽無調味的海苔、醬油漬鮭魚子(三文魚子)、日本清酒 或 酸度適中/味道清爽/不甜/苦澀味不重的香檳 
赤海膽 / 馬糞 / 蝦夷馬糞 海膽
赤海膽亦是馬糞海膽的一種,分別在於不同產季
  • 時令季節當造期:夏末秋初
  • 顏色:鮮艷的橙色
  • 特色:個體小,相對每塊如指甲般大小,口感奶滑,入口即溶,味道濃郁,鹹鮮味亦相對較重,非當造期味道帶甘。 
  • 最佳配搭:無鹽無調味的海苔、或可配上同樣濃味的碎青蔥、任何酸度高/較Dry/口感清爽的白酒
