使用茶壺沖泡茶葉,用過濾布袋過濾,可沖出濃郁且順滑的茶膽。
傳統上,一杯正宗香港奶茶,是用淡奶製造柔滑口感,調味使用砂糖而非煉奶。而"茶走"風格(無糖但甜),就是使用煉奶取代淡奶和砂糖。泡好的茶膽,可沖奶茶和檸茶,也可與咖啡和淡奶混合,創造地道的"鴛鴦"(咖啡與茶的混合)。

Brew in tea pot, then strain with filter cloth bag for a smooth and strong-flavored tea. For traditional style, add evaporated milk for silkiness and use sugar for sweetness. For "Cha Jau" style (sugarless but sweet), use condensed milk instead. Mix with coffee and evaporated milk to create authentic "Yuanyang" style (Coffee & Tea blended).
