在香港的整個生產線上,絕不加入任何添加劑,以保存麵條天然色澤、柔韌、柔軟、彈性度強。
煮法:先作簡單川燙,熱水約比麵體多出3倍,讓麵條在水裡有能弄散的空間,泡入熱水 (不能開火),以筷子弄散麵條,待麵條完全分散後,瀝乾水份,放涼,不用冷水沖洗 (毋需過冷河) 便可以用以炒麵。
- This product is imported from Hong Kong and is made fresh, cooked, and then subjected to a freezing process. It is a type of noodle used in Hong Kong's restaurant industry specially for stir-fried. Each package contains 8 individual noodle.
- This product is produced by a renowned and longstanding manufacturer in Hong Kong, which has been specializing in providing various high-quality noodles to major catering groups and hotel restaurants in Hong Kong since the 80s. Among the restaurants that use their product, there is one that has been awarded a Michelin one-star honor.

- In order to preserve the noodles' natural color, texture, softness, and strong elasticity, throughout the entire production process in Hong Kong, no additives are introduced.
Cooking method: (see video above): Boil water, turn off the stove. Begin by blanching the noodles quickly in hot water. Keep the stove off, the amount of hot water should be approximately three times greater than the volume of the noodles, allowing the noodles to move freely and tumble rapidly in the water. Soak the noodles in hot water until they are fully separated. There's no need to rinse them with cold water afterward. Drain the water, cool down then it's ready for stir-frying.
