煮法:
  1. 開水煮滾,關火。放入麵條,先作簡單川燙 (熱水量要足夠讓麵條在水裡有能弄散的空間)

  2. *保持關火狀態*,泡入熱水 (不要開火煮),以筷子弄散麵條,待麵條於熱水中完全分散後,瀝乾、放涼,不要沖冷水! (毋需過冷河) 不用冷水沖洗 便可以用以炒麵

  3. 放涼期間利用時間準備配料。

  • This product is imported from Hong Kong and is made fresh, cooked, and then subjected to a freezing process. It is a type of noodle used in Hong Kong's restaurant industry specially for stir-fried. Each package contains 8 individual noodle. 
  • This product is produced by a renowned and longstanding manufacturer in Hong Kong, which has been specializing in providing various high-quality noodles to major catering groups and hotel restaurants in Hong Kong since the 80s. Among the restaurants that use their product, there is one that has been awarded a Michelin one-star honor.
  • Flour imported directly from Canada.
  • In order to preserve the noodles' natural color, texture, softness, and strong elasticity, throughout the entire production process in Hong Kong, no additives are introduced. 
  • Keep frozen to keep fresh.

Cooking method: (see video above): Boil water, turn off the stove. Begin by blanching the noodles quickly in hot water. Keep the stove off, the amount of hot water should be approximately three times greater than the volume of the noodles, allowing the noodles to move freely and tumble rapidly in the water. Soak the noodles in hot water until they are fully separated. There's no need to rinse them with cold water afterward. Drain the water, cool down then it's ready for stir-frying.
