伊府麵,簡稱伊麵,類似台灣地區之“意麵”,在廣州有長壽麵之稱。筋性高,耐煮不易斷,即使燜煮時間較長也不會煮成糊,同時能夠吸收湯汁精華,既可作燉面,也能放入湯中,最為人熟悉的廣東菜式有 龍蝦伊麵、港式的就用芝士焗龍蝦配伊麵底、鴻圖蟹肉伊麵和乾燒伊麵等。

  • 此產品乃香港著名麵廠製造,該麵廠於80年代開始專門提供各種優質麵條予香港各大飲食集團及酒店食肆,當中更有榮獲米芝蓮一星之粉麵店。在整個生產線上,絕不加入任何添加劑,保存麵條天然色澤、柔韌、柔軟、彈性度強。

  • 此品為香港進口,乃香港餐飲業使用之麵餅,只用極簡之透明膠袋包裝,一包10個麵餅,經油炸工藝製成,麵條呈光澤不油膩,新鮮不含油饐味,口感爽滑彈牙

  • 此品原為批發餐館之用,美國本地超市及零售店舖均無發售

  • 建議食用前先燙水,以去除表面的油脂和雜質

  • 請妥善保存:伊麵含水量低,故可以保存較久。可放常溫,盡量避免光照和密實封存,以免油份容易氧化從而產生油饐味,建議冷藏

Yi Fu Noodles, commonly known as Yi Mian or "Ee-fu" noodles, are a type of noodle popular in Guangdong District including Hong Kong. It is a type of long-life noodles popular in Guangzhou, China. These deep-fried noodles have a high elasticity and can withstand prolonged cooking without becoming mushy. They are also known for their ability to absorb the essence of the soup or sauce they are cooked in. They can be used in braised noodle dishes or added to soups. It is recommended to blanch the noodles in hot water before consumption to remove any surface oil or impurities. The most well-known Cantonese dishes featuring Yi Mian (Yi Fu Noodles) include Lobster Yi Mian (commonly prepared in Hong Kong style with a cheesy baked topping), Crab Meat Yi Mian and Pan-fried Ee-fu Noodles.

  • This product is manufactured by a renowned noodle factory in Hong Kong. Since the 1980s, the factory has specialized in providing various high-quality noodles to major restaurant groups and hotel establishments in Hong Kong. Among them, there is even a noodle shop that has been awarded a Michelin star. Throughout the entire production process, no additives are added, ensuring that the noodles maintain their natural color, texture, softness, and strong elasticity.

 

  • This product is imported from Hong Kong and is freshly made through a frying process. The noodles have a glossy appearance without being greasy and does not contain any rancid oil taste. The noodles are made for restaurant use in Hong Kong so they are packaged in simple transparent plastic bags, with each bag containing 10 noodles.

  • This product was originally intended for wholesale to restaurants, and it is not available for sale in local supermarkets and retailers in the United States. 


  • Please store properly: Ee-fu noodles have a low moisture content, which allows them to be stored for a longer period of time. However, it is advisable to avoid exposure to light and tightly seal the packaging to prevent the oil content from oxidizing and developing a rancid taste.
