大聯於60年代起,供應香港大小茶檔 (大牌檔) 咖啡西冷紅茶,乃香港傳統茶檔主要供應商之一。時至今日香港的食肆連鎖店、五星級酒店、高檔餐廳和咖啡店均有使用大聯的咖啡及茶。

What you need for 1 cup of Hot HK milk tea:

  • TL HK Tea Leaves: 9 g
  • Evaporated Milk: 60 ml (2oz)
  • Water (for each cup, use 8 oz of water; for 2 cups, use 16 oz of water and so on)

Tips:  Preheat (Soak) the tea cup with hot water, add evaporated milk, pour in the hot tea to allow the milk fragrance to be released. A steaming cup of Hong Kong-style milk tea is then ready. Afterwards, you can add condensed milk or sugar according to personal preference.

  • After brewing milk tea, the tea leaves can be reused for a second infusion as a base for making lemon tea or plain tea.

港式奶茶單杯所需材料:

  • 大聯茶膽 9 g
  • 淡奶 60 ml (2 oz)
  • 水 (每杯使用 8 oz 水,2杯用16 oz水如此類推)

Tips:

先以熱水浸泡整隻茶杯,取出,加入淡奶至熱茶杯,撞入熱茶,使奶香得以釋出,一杯熱呼呼的香港奶茶便完成。隨後可以依個人喜好加入煉奶或砂糖。

 

  • 沖泡奶茶過後,第二泡可用作檸檬茶茶底,或清茶使用。
