被評為世界十大好吃泡麵的營多麵，麵條粗碩，麵餅表面金黃，經過熱水浸泡，香味撲鼻。加入調料包並攪拌後的麵條口感潤滑，令人垂涎三尺。是很多人「學生時代的集體回憶」。

 烹調方法：

  • 炒麵
    1. 將麵置入400c.c.之沸水裡用瓦斯爐快煮3分鐘，或使用高溫設定的微波爐微波5分鐘
    2. 剪開所有調味料包(獨立醬包,可隨個人口味酌量添加)罝入盤中攪拌均勻備用，麵煮熟後撈起瀝乾，將麵拌入己備好的調味料中一起拌勻；最後撒上紅蔥酥。
    3. 可加上一些自己喜歡的配料，如煎蛋、蔬菜、肉類、起司或海鮮。
  • 湯麵
    1. 將麵置入400c.c.之沸水裡用瓦斯爐快煮3分鐘，或使用高溫設定的微波爐微波5分鐘
    2. 請將所有醬料先入碗，調勻備用，將煮熟的麵撈起並餚入４勺湯（約320毫升）拌入已備好的調味料中；黃金湯頭比例原則，麵要比湯高，不可加太多湯水，天然香料湯頭才會濃郁。
  • 乾麵杯麵
    1. 掀開杯蓋至指示處，取出所有調味料包倒入沸騰開水至八分滿（約400毫升）。
    2. 將杯蓋蓋緊靜候３分鐘。
    3. 打開杯蓋另一側“瀝水口”將水瀝乾。
    4. 依個人口味酌量添加調味料，最後撒上紅蔥酥即可享用。
